It has been three weeks since I last enjoy meat in my meals. So proud of myself as this could add up to hundreds of other things that only Ry could do. Somehow I wonder is this what I really want to do? Well, it started when my toe got infected and Mom believes that chicken will only worsen the situation. I am sick of ikan pari and meat makes me bloat.
So, this one day I simply wanted to try out and see whether or not I could survive without meat. Tadaaaa~~ here I am. How healthy is my diet these days I don't know but somehow I believe it could shrink my waistline which is going to be very useful. Vegetarian is nice but I could not claim to be a Vegan. I still believe that dairies are my main source of protein.
I don't want to depend solely on soy and being a vegetarian is troublesome to my friends. They have to find a place where vegetarian foods are served which totally eliminates KFC and McD from our list. Know what, I suddenly come to the realization that I actually love being a vegetarian for the ability to be picky and that is another step to be a total drama queen~
Mental note: consume more beans, cereals, fruits, vege and soy
