my bestfriend is having a jolly-good time with his new gf. okay, don't get me wrong yar, i am not jealous. in fact this is the first time in our 10 years of best-friendship =p that i actually felt happy for him.
throughout our friendship he has dated more than just a few girls. lousy gfs he used to have. so we will end up quarrelling bout his bad taste in girls. one of his gfs was a super gedix lady, another one was a gold-digger, and yet another one is a play-girl.
his most recent x-gf was a very naive girl. after a couple of dates, she actually asked him to marry her. its not that i have anything against post-marriage love. in fact, that is the ideal approach to me, being a muslim and all. but i know my bestfriend inside out. i know that wont work with him.
and so he broke it off with her after that and led a boring single life. he has never been single for more than a month. and so he thought single life suxxx. but i dont care if it suxxx big time for a while or if it suxxx for a longer while. i just want him to find a right girl. the perfect one for himself, to be the elder sister to his siblings and to be his mother's greatest daughter in law.
and so now he's back dating the i-want-u-to-marry-me girl, and we had dinner together few days back and i tell you, that lady surprised my everloving self out of me. but i think i am more surprised by my bestfriend choice of girlfriend this time.
the girl is actually a nice one, well at least from my point of view la. clad in a decent baju kurung, big tudung and very modest in every other way. no perfume, no striking, eye-catching accessories at all. hebat sehhh. and so she looks promising. i cant actually list everything here, but yeah, now he got himself a deserving girl.
